Open Question: Should I wear an altered navy blue blazer with a v-neck style T shirt or a regular neck style t-shirt?

I look kind of short in that pic for some reason, but I'm not, I'm 5'10", and I know my jeans are just average (not the nicest), but it was my only pair today, the other ones are in the washing machine.

So... judging by this pic, would you say this outfit is nice? Do you like it?

I'm a guy by the way. I'm wearing a custom navy blue blazer (sleeves are altered into 3/4 length) with gold cuff links and buttons. I wanna pair it with either a crisp and clean white v-neck T-shirt or these two other regular neckline t-shirts I'm considering. I was hoping someone out there with some fashion sense could tell me which style T-shirt would look best. I'm finishing the outfit with a black/denimish pair of Levi skinnys with pale yellow stitching and a pair of dark brown boots. Please let me know what you think. >> full story
