my evening has consisted of drinking cold water and watching cartoons. king of the hill, family guy, and the oblongs...the last two are my absolute favorite and I could watch them all day. they are so offensive and funny i can never get enough hahaha the dress im wearing i made a long time ago and never finished it. i added the halter for the photoshoot and i really loved how it came out- better photos of it soon, I might put it up in my store. its chiffon and has a really fun color blend with gold stud detail. On another note, just because its on my mind, I am so glad that my focus on my dreams in this crazy fashion world has kind of filtered out the people in my life that aren't good enough. I look back to who I used to surround myself with a few years ago and don't know what i was thinking. Jealous and desperate friends are not a cute accessory to have, and I know that in high school it seems that is all there is to choose from. For the longest time after I realized this, it felt like I had zero friends and zero social life but I was okay with that. I never had a best friend that lasted for more than a minute, and I loved my work and art more than anything that nothing else really mattered to me and I am so glad I made the sacrifice! I'm better than all those lame people and have never settled for anything but the best; even if that meant being a loser on friday nights. ;) or maybe I was just always surrounded by shitty people and didn't have much to choose from? whatever. best advice i can give anyone: just drop the people in your life that aren't good enough for you, the ones that bring you down, and the ones that won't amount to anything in life. >> full story
