Open Question: Satyam- How is the work and work culture at Satyam Computer Services ?

Are they a professionally managed company ? Are things managed and run professionally ? Do they provide an environment to learn and grow ? Are they decent pay-masters ? How is the atmosphere at the company - do they allow for mistakes ? Do they have a policy of ensuring work-life balance ? What kind of projects do they do- are these all low value add or do they also do projects higher up the value chain ? Are they dynamic or are they staid, slow moving and old fashioned ?
I am asking these from the perspective of an employee and not from investor perspective.
